Rockwool

Rockwool is a rigid mandrel wound pipe product made of strong, preformed stone wool insulation. It is designed for moisture intense applications, such as steam and process pipe systems operating at temperatures up to 1200°F (650°C), where energy conservation, personnel protection and fire control are concerns.

Engineering felt is a unique engineering material. The properties of engineering felt can be controlled to produce different felt with characteristics ranging from soft, supple padding to a hard dense felt for polishing glass and metal. At the proper density, engineering felt can seal in lubricants, as well as seal out contamination; engineering felt can act as a vibration and sound deadening material; felt is used for lubrication metering, wicking, wiping packing and insulating and felt is also ideal for a wide range of controlled filtering applications.

Ceramic Fabric

1260°C Ceramic Fiber

Ceramic fiber wired is a woven fabric made from high quality ceramic fiber yarn. It can be used for high temperature applications up to 1260°C. The cloth is reinforced with steel wire. Ceramic fiber textiles (cloth, tape and rope) contain a certain amount of binder material which is normally burned at lower temperature and does not affect the insulation property.

PVC curtain is a vinyl-based material with flexible and semi-transparent physical form. It is very suitable to be used as room partitions, because it helps in maintaining specific room temperatures. PVC curtain is also used to keep dusts and bugs away from indoor manufacturing fascilities. Its rigid, crack-proof physical properties allow it to be used as doorways in area with high pedestrian/forklift traffic.
Available in Clear, Orange, Green, Black, White and other colours. Brighter colours (such as orange) are used as an anti-insect material, to keep insects away from manufacturing fascilities’ doorways.
